Meet Dr. José Brigman
Part of an Air Force family, Dr. José Brigman was born in Zaragoza, Spain and moved to San Antonio with his family when he was a teenager. He went to St. Mary’s University for his undergraduate studies in biology and chemistry. Afterwards, he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Baylor College of Dentistry, the Texas A&M Health Science Center in Dallas.
Since graduating, Dr. Brigman has kept up with the latest techniques and technologies in the industry by completing numerous continuing education classes, including coursework in sedation dentistry and over 600 hours of orthodontic dentistry training. He is a member in good standing of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, San Antonio Dental Society, Hispanic Dental Association, and the American Orthodontic Association. He was also proud to receive the independent Consumer’s Research Council of America “Top Dentist” designation.
Dr. Brigman’s greatest accomplishments and greatest joys in life are his marriage to his wife, Catherine, and their four beautiful children. Catherine White-Brigman, a native San Antonian, is a pediatric gastroenterologist and she works at Methodist Children’s Hospital. Dr. Brigman looks forward to getting to know you and your family, too.
Meet Dr. Natalya Bejar
Dr. Natalya Bejar was born in Houston, Texas and moved to Pasadena with her family when she was a teenager. After high school, she returned to Houston to attend the University of Houston, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. Dr. Bejar then went on to achieve her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, graduating in 2005.
Dr. Bejar didn’t stop there! She decided to pursue a residency in prosthodontics, which is the branch of dentistry concerned with the design and creation of replacements for missing teeth. Dr. Bejar completed her three-year Postdoctoral Prosthodontics Residency Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio in 2008. Her expertise is in the restoration of dental implants, as well as full-mouth reconstruction. Dr. Bejar loves giving smiles a second chance!
Dr. Bejar is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Texas Dental Association (TDA), and the American College of Prosthodontics. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and traveling around the world. Dr. Bejar looks forward to taking care of you and your smile!
Meet Dr. Marco A. Ruiz
Dr. Marco A. Ruiz, DDS is excited to help the people of the San Antonio area get the beautiful, healthy smiles they love and deserve.
Before earning his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, Dr. Ruiz graduated with a bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s University. Dr. Ruiz’s commitment to education has been a lifelong focus; accruing over 650 hours of additional training in orthodontics, Invisalign® clear aligners, soft tissue health, and treatment of malocclusions. Always on the forefront of new and emerging dental methodologies, Dr. Ruiz provides the best results in the most comfortable setting possible.
Dr. Ruiz proudly served in the US Navy aboard the USS Kitty Hawk and was deployed with the Kitty Hawk Battle Group. While serving his country, Dr. Ruiz earned multiple awards and medals. A firm believer in philanthropy, he has also gone on a mission trip to Honduras to provide dental services to underserved communities. When he’s not treating patients, you can find Dr. Ruiz running, attending a spin class, lifting weights, or participating as an active member in his Catholic church.
Meet Dr. Tracie Correa
Dr. Tracie Correa grew up in the Helotes area and attended Baylor University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science Studies. She went on to attend UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr. Correa taught high school biology, chemistry, and physics.
Dr. Correa knew she wanted a career that would allow her to interact with and help people every day. She enjoys challenging her brain and problem solving and believes that dentistry combines all these aspects into one great career that is exciting and emotionally fulfilling.
Dr. Correa is excited to serve the community that helped raise her. Whether it is through eliminating a source of pain, restoring function, or improving self confidence by restoring smiles, it brings her great joy to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Outside of the office, Dr. Correa enjoys watching Baylor football, traveling, baking, eating, and spending time with friends, her four children, and her chocolate lab.
